All repairs performed by East Beach Appliance Service come with the following standard warranty coverage:
- Labor Warranty: 90 days from the date of service completion
- Parts Warranty: 1 year from the date of installation (unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer)
- Coverage Area: Charlestown, RI and surrounding communities as specified in our service area
Our warranty ensures that if the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will repair it at no additional cost to you, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
What's Covered
Our repair warranty covers:

- Recurring issues directly related to the original repair
- Adjustments needed to correct the original repair
What's Not Covered
The following situations are not covered under our standard warranty:

- Damage resulting from power surges, water quality issues, or acts of nature
- Issues caused by unauthorized service or repairs performed by someone other than East Beach Appliance Service technicians
- Normal wear and tear
- Maintenance-related issues (such as clogged filters, lint traps, or water lines that become obstructed after repair)
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect the appliance's functionality
- Commercial use of residential appliances
Warranty Claim Procedures
How to Request Warranty Service
If you experience issues with a previously repaired appliance that you believe falls under our warranty coverage, please follow these steps:

- Have your original invoice or service receipt available, if possible

Warranty Service Appointments

Premium Warranty Plan
Our Premium Warranty Plan extends coverage to:
- 180 days of labor coverage (instead of the standard 90 days)
- Priority scheduling for any warranty service calls
- One free annual maintenance check during the warranty period
The Premium Warranty Plan can be purchased at the time of the original repair service. Please ask your technician for current pricing and complete details.
Maintenance Agreements
For optimal appliance performance and longevity, we recommend our preventive maintenance agreements, which include:
- Regular scheduled maintenance visits
- Priority service for both regular and emergency calls
- Discounted rates on parts and labor for non-warranty repairs
- Extended warranty terms on all repairs performed during the agreement period

Additional Terms and Conditions
Transferability
Our repair warranty is provided to the original customer at the location where the service was performed. Warranties are not transferable to new homeowners or if appliances are relocated to a different address.
Voiding of Warranty
The warranty may be voided under the following circumstances:
- Tampering with or attempting to repair the appliance yourself
- Having another service provider work on the appliance
- Using the appliance in a manner inconsistent with manufacturer recommendations
- Failure to perform required maintenance (such as cleaning lint traps, filters, etc.)
- Moving the appliance to a new location
Limitation of Liability
East Beach Appliance Service's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part and the associated labor. We are not responsible for:
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Food loss due to refrigerator or freezer failure
- Damage to clothing or other items processed in washing machines or dryers
- Lost wages or inconvenience due to appliance failure or repair scheduling
- Property damage beyond the appliance itself
